电弧钎焊技术的应用及发展

摘    要:阐述了TIG钎焊和MIG钎焊两种方法的工作原理及特点,比较了这两种焊接方法的异同,介绍了其焊接工艺过程和注意事项;详细介绍了电弧钎焊技术在国内外的发展历史,许多国家都已经对其进行了深入的研究,焊接工作者已经研制成功了电弧钎焊专用焊丝、焊机等;针对电弧钎焊具有硬钎焊和熔化焊的双重特点,对比分析了电弧钎焊与电弧焊和钎焊的异同,探讨了其应用领域和发展前景,在汽车业镀锌钢板连接、薄壁件生产以及异种材料连接上得到了广泛应用.电弧钎焊技术已经成为一种高效实用的焊接技术,将会得到更为广泛的应用.

Abstract:Arc braze welding includes two kinds of methods, TIC brazing and MIC brazing. The principles and features of the two methods were described, and their welding processes and all matters that need to be attended in the process were also introduced, and the history of arc braze welding at home and abroad was introduced systemically. Many welding rods, wires and new technologies for arc braze welding were already developed in many countries in order to meet the needs of productions. Compared with the conventional arc welding and brazing, the differences of them was analyzed, and the fields of application and the prospect of development of arc brazing were also discussed. At present, the arc braze welding has already become a highly efficient and useful technology, so it will be applied more widely in future.
