| 摘 要： | 文中提出了一种基于虚拟仪器的塑料薄膜厚度在线测量系统,主要介绍了测量系统的组成结构,基于电容传感器的塑料薄膜厚度测量系统的在线测量原理以及以数据采集卡PCI-M6220作为执行机构的运动控制系统的实现方案,并设计了接口板控制电路和虚拟仪器程序对系统的控制过程,并对系统准确性、传输误差和线性校正做了实验,实验证明该设计提高了原有系统的稳定性、可靠性和运行速度.
