摘    要:工业循环水系统在水质处理过程中有机物与无机物的浓度逐渐升高,绝大部分有机物是可生物降解的,是微生物的营养源。适宜的生存环境和充足的营养物使得微生物在循环水系统大量繁殖,形成生物粘泥。生物粘泥会给系统运行造成许多障碍。传统上用于工业循环水系统中的杀菌剂,其作用机理是通过直接破坏微生物生命过程和细胞核物质来控制微生物的繁殖。这些杀菌剂在杀死细菌的同时对人体及环境也容易造成极大的危害。而Tallofin(太乐芬)通过与微生物之间的分散、包覆、剥离多重物理作用达到控制细菌的目的,并且对人体及环境不会造成危害。因此,我们在第三循环水场进行了现场应用试验,通过对水质指标的跟踪分析,确定该药剂的使用效果及最佳投加方法。

Abstract:In the process of treating industrial circulating water,the concentration of organic and inorganic compounds are getting higher gradually. The majority of organisms in the industrial circulating water system, which are the nutritive sources of the microorganism,are biodegradable. Suitable circumstances and sufficient nutriments make it possible for the microorganism to reproduce heavily and form biological sludge. The biological sludge can bring lots of obstructions in the operation of the whole system. Bactericide traditionally takes effect through destroying the living process of the microorganism directly, as well as the uncleus,so as to control the reproduction. While the bactericide is destroying the bacteria,it is harmful to our human bodies and causes environmental pollution. But Tallofin finishes bacteria control by physical methods,and is harmless to human bodies and the environment. Therefore,an experiment at the Third Circulating Water Unit has been made to evaluate its efficiency and determine the optimum adding methods by tracking analysis of water quality.
