聚天冬氨酸复合水处理剂的缓蚀阻垢性能研究

摘    要:在循环冷却水处理中,通常采用投加水处理剂的方法控制系统的结垢、腐蚀。聚天冬氨酸(PASP)、木质素磺酸钠、腐植酸钠等具有无磷、易降解、不产生二次污染,吸附钙、镁离子、无毒、无害的特点。文章模拟火电厂循环冷却水水质,试验了PASP的阻垢性能,并与其它类型的阻垢剂进行阻垢性能的对比。采用HSn-70A材料试验PASP的缓蚀性能。结果表明,铜在PASP优化复配方案水处理剂中的腐蚀速度约为0.000 94 mm/a。复合配方较单一PASP对碳酸钙结垢有较好的阻垢效果。在电厂循环冷却水处理中有广泛的应用前景。
