摘    要:叙述了表面工程的分类及各种表面工程技术的应用现状和发展趋势,指出,双层辉光等离子表面冶金技术、激光表面冶金技术、离子注入、加弧辉光离子渗镀技术和闭合场非平衡磁控溅射等先进技术是表面工程技术研究应用的前沿。

Abstract:Surface engineering is also a synthetic borderline science that is composed of systematic technologies. Applying physical, chemical or mechanic methods, these technical processes modified the surface properties of solid materials such as morphology, composition, structure, and et al., and finally obtained some deserved surface performances. Surface engineering has played a more and more important role in contemporary manufacture industry; its contribution to the national economy is great. In categories of working principle, this paper reviewed the development of surface engineering, and main introduced some advanced technologies such as Double Glow Plasma Surface Alloying, Laser Surface Alloying, Ion Implantation, Arc-glow Plasma Depositing, and Closed-field Unbalance Magnetic Controlling Sputter.
