摘    要:换流阀功率子模块是高压柔性直流输电工程中完成电能变换的核心模块,其运行可靠性直接关系整个直流输电系统的稳定性。由于子模块数量庞大,电气拓扑复杂,电容容量大电压高,因此对其元件参数的测量难度较大。根据柔性直流输电换流阀子模块的特点,设计了一种便携式自动测试仪,可实现对柔直子模块电容、电阻、IGBT、旁路开关等主要元器件的全面自动检测,详细介绍了测试仪的软件和硬件设计方案。以许继集团研制的功率子模块为测试对象,验证了所设计的测试装置的正确性和实用性。

Abstract:The converter valve power sub-module plays a vital role in completing the power conversion in the high-voltage flexible DC transmission project, and its operational reliability is directly related to the stability of the entire DC transmission system. Due to the large number, complex electrical topology, high capacitance and high voltage of the sub-module, it is difficult to measure the parameters of its components. According to the characteristics of the flexible DC transmission converter valve sub-module, this paper designs a portable automatic tester, which can realize the comprehensive automatic detection of the main components such as capacitance, resistance, IGBT and bypass switch of the flexible sub-module. The software and hardware design of the portable automatic tester are introduced in detail. The power sub-module developed by Xu Ji Group is used as the test object to verify the correctness and practicability of the designed test device.
