摘    要:采用水蒸气活化法制备了兰炭粉基活性炭。探讨了兰炭粉基活性炭对高COD焦化废水的吸附研究。考察了活性炭粒度、分散方式、投加量、吸附时间对焦化废水中COD去除率的影响。结果表明:曝气分散方式优于搅拌;在曝气条件下,活性炭粒度100目,投加量10g/L,吸附时间1h,COD去除率达到89.79%。

Abstract:Blue Coke powder-based activated carbon was prepared by steam activation.The activated carbon was used to treat High COD of coking wastewater.Impacts of the factors,including granularity,decentralized way,quantity of activated carbon and adsorption time were investigated on the removal rate of COD in coking wastewater.The results show that aeration decentralized way has better effects than mixing.In aeration,the removal rate of COD can reach 89.79 %,with 10g 100 mesh of activated carbon added into 1L coking wastewater in an hour.
