摘    要:采用20%N235+30%仲辛醇+50%煤油(均为体积百分比)萃取体系,在相比O/A=2:1和单级萃取的条件下,处理含铁(13.47)的赤泥浸出液,振荡混合时间15min,铁的萃取率达到99.62%.然后用0.1mol/L的稀盐酸反萃有机相提取铁,在相比O/A=2:1的条件下,经单级反萃,反萃后液含铁10.18g/L,铁的反萃率为75%.采用石灰中乖,渣中含铁达56%.

Abstract:With 20% N235 + 30%SINoctanol + 50% kerosene (in v/v), the leaching fluid solution with Fe^3+ concentration of 13.47 g· L^-1 is treated. Under the conditions of O / A =2 and one-step extraction, the oscillation time is 15 min, and the extraction rate of Fe^3+ is 99.62%.Then under the condition of O/A=2:1, stripped with 0.1 mol/L HCl ,the fluid of stripping includes 10.18 g·L^-1 iron and 0.10mol ·L^-1 HCl.About 75% Fe^3+ of N235 Organic is stripped. After tha neutralization with lime, the cinder contains 56% iron.
