常减压蒸馏装置加热炉节能改造

摘    要:对中国石油大庆石化分公司3.50Mt/a常减压蒸馏装置进行加热炉节能改造,通过改造余热回收系统、吹灰系统、燃料油与雾化蒸汽控制系统、烟气控制系统等,提高加热炉热效率。改造后加热炉系统总体技术水平和主要技术经济指标达到国内同类装置先进水平,加热炉热效率提高5个百分点,燃料油单耗下降50.24MJ/t,年经济效益达556×10^4RMB¥。

Abstract:In the revamping of the 70,000 b/d atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit for energy saving, the waste heat recovery systems, sooth lowers systems, fuel oil and atomizing steam control system, flue gas control system were retrofitted to improve the thermal efficiency of the furnaces. After the revamp, the technological level and the main techno-eeonomic indicators have reached the advanced level of the similar units in China. The thermal efficiency of furnaces is elevated by 5%. The fuel oil consumption is reduced by 50.24 MJ/t.
