摘    要:聚四甲撑醚二醇(PTMG)和异氰酸酯合成的聚氨酯是一类具有广泛开发前景的材料,可用以制成各种类型的泡沫,纤维,涂料,粘合剂,弹性体等产品,阐述了PTMG型聚氨酯弹性体的合成及其性能,特点和应用,PTMG型PU有热固型和热塑型两种,可用浇注、叶涂、注射、挤出等方法成型加工,且都具有优异的性能,如良好的耐低温性能、耐生物降解性、耐水性、高回弹性,以及优良的动力学性能,所有这些使其相对于其它低聚物多元醇合成的PU,具有广泛的优越性,现在PTMG型PU已应用于冶金、矿山、纺织、造船和造纸等工业,有报道说在运动和医学领域也已开始使用。

Performance and Application of Polyurethane Elastomer Based on PTMG
Abstract:Polyurethanes based on polytetramethylene ether glyol (PTMG) and isocyanurate are useful starting materials for the manufacture of a wide variety of product in cluding foams,fibers,coating,adhesives,elastomers and the like.In this paper,we report the preparation of polyurethane elastomer based on PTMG,and we discribe their properties,advantages and utilities.Two kinds of this polyurethane elastomer including thermosets and thermoplastics can be produced through casting,spraying coating,injection and extrusion moulding.They all have many preferable propeties such as lower temperature resistance,better biorisitance degradability,better watter resistance,higher rebound degree and preferable dynamic properties.All these make the polyurethane elastomer based on PTMG have more advantages in a wide field than those based on the other obigomer polyol.Now they have been used in many fields,such as metallurgical industry,mining-engineering,spinning,ship-building and paper-mill.Especially,it is reported that these polyurethanes have been used in sports and medical field.
