高温过热器异种钢接头开裂原因分析

摘    要:针对开裂和未开裂T91+12Cr1MoVG异种钢接头进行了化学成分、力学性能、显微硬度、金相等内容的试验检查,发现开裂起源于管接头12Cr1MoVG低合金侧熔合线粗晶区,发生于再次加热过程中,属于再热裂纹,这与焊接或热处理工艺执行不到位导致焊接残余应力较大密切相关。

Abstract:Tests about the cracked and non-cracked T91+12Cr1MoVG dissimilar steel welded joints were carried out in terms of their chemical constituents,mechanical property,micro-hardness and metallography etc. The results showed that cracking originated from coarse-grained zone of fusion line,located at 12Cr1MoVG low-alloy side of tube joint. The cracking occurred during the reheating process,which is closely related to improper operation of welding and heat treatment.
