摘    要:研发基于光纤复合架空地线(optical fiber composite overhead ground wire,OPGW)通信的输电线路在线巡视系统。该系统按照电力部门输电巡维类标准化作业指导书的要求,基于各个杆塔的可视监控、红外成像等功能和光纤通信的信息集成,实现可替代人工巡视的输电线路在线巡视。该系统由杆塔终端系统、后台监控主机系统以及光纤通信系统组成。为保证每杆塔终端采集的可见光视频图像、红外图像等海量监测数据的可靠实时传输,系统结合OPGW光单元的接续引下新技术并基于以太网无源光网络实现每杆塔终端与后台主机系统的光纤通信。该系统作为线路巡视的新手段,可满足电力生产部门对输电线路及其设备日常巡视和安全预警的要求。

Abstract:This paper discusses development of online inspection system of power transmission line based on optical fiber composite overhead ground wire communication. According to requirements of standard operation instructions for power transmission inspection and maintenance for electric power department and based on functions including visual monitoring and infrared imagery of each tower and information integration of fiber communication, this system is able to realize online inspection for power transmission lines as a replace of artificial inspection tool. This system is consisted of tower terminal sys- tem, background monitoring host system and fiber communication system. For ensuring reliable and real-time transmission of mass monitoring data including visible light video images and infrared images, by combining new continuing and leading technology of OPGW optical unit and on the basis of Ethernet passive optical network, this system is able to realize fiber communication between each tower terminal and background host system. As a new method for line inspection, this system is feasible to meet requirements for daily inspection and safety warning for power transmission lines and equipments.
