摘    要:富锰渣是电炉冶炼硅锰合金的原料,而高炉法是冶炼富锰渣的主要方法,但该方法存在工艺流程长,焦炭消耗量大,铅、锌等易挥发金属影响冶炼等问题。提出了高铁锰矿熔融还原冶炼富锰渣新技术,该技术具有工艺流程短,不需要消耗焦炭,铅、锌等金属可以综合回收等优点。试验研究结果表明,高铁锰矿熔融还原生产富锰渣工艺是可行的,在还原温度为1 400 ℃、还原时间为20 min的条件下,渣铁可以完全分离,铁、锰回收率高。

Abstract:Manganese-rich slag is the raw material of silicon-manganese alloy produced by electric arc furnace. Blast furnace is the main process to produce manganese-rich slag. But this process has the problems of long process flow,large consumption of coke,the effects of the elements of lead,zinc and other easy volatile metal on smelting. The new process of manganese-rich slag production from high-iron manganese ore by smelting reduction is introduced. This process has the advantages of short process flow,no consumption of coke,comprehensive recovery of the elements of lead,zinc and other easy volatile metal. The experimental results show that the process of smelting reduction of manganese-rich slag is feasible. With the reducing temperature of 1 400 ℃ and the reducing time of 20 min,the slag and iron can be completely separated,and the recovery rates of iron and manganese are high.
