摘    要:研究了微波焙烧预处理石煤钒矿,考察了微波功率、微波焙烧时间等因素对钒浸出率的影响。结果表明,微波焙烧预处理钒矿石12min,然后在搅拌条件下用硫酸浸出2h,钒浸出率达69.04%,与相同浸出时间内未焙烧矿样相比,提高了近20%。微波焙烧预处理后浸出效率明显提高,浸出时间缩短50%以上,而且能耗和污染也大幅度降低。

Abstract:Pretreatment of stone coal by microwave is researched.Influences of microwave power and roasting time on leaching rate of vanadium are examined.The result shows that stone coal is microwave roasted for 12 min,and agitation leached for 2 h using sulfuric acid,the leaching rate of vanadium can reach 69.04%,which has increased by nearly 20% to that of unroasted stone coal samples in the same leaching time.After microwave roasting pretreatment,the leaching of vanadium is improved significantly,leaching time is ...
