纳米碳酸钙的测量方法和控制

摘    要:讨论了测量纳米碳酸钙粉体的主要指标,如:比表面积、粒度的测量方法,及其对应用的影响。讨论了比表面测量法:空气透气法和BET氮气吸附法,并对两种方法进行了比较;讨论了对纳米碳酸钙的粒径测量方法,如:电镜、激光粒度分布仪、沉降体积、筛分法。通过检测这些指标,控制碳酸钙的质量,分析纳米碳酸钙在塑料、橡胶、粘胶剂、油墨等方面中的应用中的影响,满足不同用户需要。

Abstract:The measurement method for the main indexes, such as specific surface area and particle size of nano - CaCO3 and its effecting factors in the application are discussed. The measurement of specific surface area has air permeation method and BET nitrogen adsorb method, the comparism of two methods has been made. The measurement methods of particle size of nano -CaCO3 including SEM method,laser size distribution method, sedimentation volume method and screening method are discussed. In order to meet the requirement of the customers, through measuring these indexes, the quality of CaCO3 can be controlled and the effecting factors in the application fields, such as plastic, rubber, adhesive and ink etc. can also be analyzed.
