壳聚糖处理羊毛织物染色工艺探讨

摘    要:探讨pH值、温度对羊毛织物的M型活性染色影响,以及壳聚糖脱乙酰度、浓度及分子量等对经壳聚糖处理后的羊毛织物染色性能影响。结果表明,经壳聚糖处理后的羊毛织物用M型活性染料染色,能获得较高的固色率和K/S值。提高处理液中壳聚糖的脱乙酰度或浓度,都能大大提高活性染料对羊毛织物的固色率和K/S值,而且对染色样的湿处理牢度和摩擦牢度影响不大。壳聚糖的分子量对织物的染色性能无明显影响。

Abstract:In this paper, the influence of pH value and temperature to woolen fabric dyeing with M reactive dye, as well as deacetylation, concentration and molecular weight of chitosan to dyeing property of chitosan treated woolen fabric were all discussed. As the result, the woolen fabric treated with chitosan can obtain higher fixation rate and K/S value during dyeing. Higher deacetylation and concentration of chitosan can also increase fixation rate and K/S value, without influencing wet fastness and rubbing fastness. The molecular weight of chitosan did not influence dyeing property absolutely.
