摘 要: | 蜗壳是螺旋轴流式气液混输泵的重要部件。在低速和高速工况下 ,对石油大学 (北京 )设计的这种混输泵的蜗壳 ,分别进行了泵外特性和蜗壳压力测量 ,以及蜗壳内气液两相流动情况分析的实验研究。实验结果表明 ,蜗壳能适应低速工况下纯液和气液混输的需要 ,设计流量下的运行效率较高 ;在高速工况下 ,蜗壳产生较大的水力损失 ,表明蜗壳尺寸偏小 ,不能适应高速运行工况 ,应设计较大尺寸的蜗壳。混输泵蜗壳和普通泵蜗壳在作用和设计上存在较大差别

Experimental investigation in volute in helico-axial gas-liquid pumps |

Abstract: | An experiment was carried out to test the performance of the volute in a helico axial gas liquid pump at two rotational speeds. At low rotational speed, the volute casing ran quite well while pumping liquid or gas liquid medium, and it could play a good role in collecting fluid, eliminating angular momentum, boosting pressure as well as guaranteeing steady flow of two phase flow. It worked with a high efficiency at the design flow rate. When the pump ran at high rotational speed, a large hydraulic loss occurred in the volute. This indicates that the volute casing is not adapted to the higher rotational speed owing to its small dimension, therefore volutes with larger sizes should be designed. |
