| 摘 要： | 对制约煤比提高所存在的问题进行了分析,根据天铁4#高炉的炉料结构经过计算,选定合理煤比为145kg/t·Fe。通过优化设备结构,采用精料生产、稳定高炉操作等措施,2002年煤比达到了148.8kg/t·Fe,完成了考核指标。

| Abstract: | The problems of restricting the improve-ment of the ratio of pulverized coal is analyzed.Accord-ing to the furnace bu rden structure of4 # BF and calcu-lation,the rational ratio of the injected pulverized coal is 145kg/ton.Fe.Through taking the measurements such as optimizing the equip ment structure,using the refining ma-terial for production and stablizing the BF operation,the ratio reached148.8kg/t.Fe in2000and the check-up index meet the requirements. |
