摘    要:以复杂零件汽轮机转子主轴为例,利用基于实例的推理(CBR)方法和特征建模技术,构造了一种实用的基于实例推理的相似工艺度量方法。在建立汽轮机转子主轴粗加工和精加工特征信息模型的基础上,提出了新转子主轴与实例转子主轴进行比较和匹配的两级搜索策略,构造了相应的相似性系数计算公式,并论述了相似度计算应用方法。该方法已应用于所开发的SCU-CAPPTooI系统中,较好解决了工艺设计知识和相似工艺实例重用的问题。

Abstract:Taking the manufacturing process of turbine main shaft as an example, the paper proposed a practical approach for measuring process similarity by using the feature modeling technology and case-based reasoning method. Based on the information of both coarse and fine machining for the main shaft, a two-level strategy is worked out to retrieve and match the most promising candidate cases. A formula is also developed to calculate the similarity coefficient of a new shaft with the candidate cases. The proposed method has been applied to the SCU-CAPP Tool system and has effectively solved the reusing problems of process design information and similarity process cases.
