丁辛醇装置铑膦催化剂失活因素及再生研究

摘    要:通过对丁辛醇装置铑膦催化剂失活因素探讨,找到引起催化剂失活的关键因素。研究结果表明,失活的铑膦催化剂体系中,双核铑簇化合物和多核铑簇化合物为催化剂的主要组分;采用化学再生方法,可部分恢复铑膦催化剂活性,提高催化剂使用寿命。

Abstract:The paper found the key factors causing inactivation of the rhodium phosphine catalyst used in butanol and octanol unit by investigating the influence factors.Results of the experiments showed that binucleate and multi -core rhodium cluster compounds were main components in the inactivated catalyst system.Part of the catalysts activity could be recovered by chemical regeneration method , and service life of the catalyst was prolonged.
