摘    要:
针对强耦合、大时滞多变量系统.首先将系统进行动态解耦,消除系统之间的耦合,然后将解耦对象简化为互相独立的一阶滞后对象,最后运用单变量预测PI控制算法设计这些一阶滞后对象的控制器.这种控制器结构简单,可调参数少,参数调节方便、直观.仿真和实际应用表明:此类预测PI控制器具有良好的控制性能和鲁棒稳定性能.

Abstract:
A kind of predictive PI control for multivariable processes, which is of strong coupling characteristic and long time delay, is proposed in this paper. Firstly, a dynamical decoupler is applied to eliminate the interactions of variables. Secondly, the generalized process (decoupler and process) is simplified to several independent single variable first order plus time delay processes. Lastly, the predictive PI controller is designed based on these single variable processes. Advantages of this controller are simple structure, few tuning parameters, easily tuning method. Illustrative examples and practical application show the good performance and robust stability of predictive PI controller.
