华中电网春节调压控制与分析

2010年春节期间,由于华中电网负荷水平低、潮流轻、系统电压偏高问题相对突出,为抑制高电压现象的发生,华中电网制定了调压预案,进行了精心调整和控制,并取得了较好的调压效果。通过总结华中电网2010年春节期间电压运行情况,重点分析了华中电网2010年春节调压措施及执行情况,得出了春节调压经验性的结论,并针对春节调压中存在的问题提出了一些建议,为指导今后春节特高压联网小负荷方式下的调压工作提供了宝贵的经验。

Central China Power Grid Voltage Control and Analysis During the Spring Festival

During the Spring Festival in 2010,arising the problems of low load level, the light power flow, the uptilted system voltage of Central China Power Grid. In order to suppress the high voltage, Central China Power Grid schemed on voltage regulation, conducted careful adjustment and control, finally achieved good effect. This article summarizes voltage operation during the Spring Festival, focusing on voltage regulation measures and implementation,draws empirical conclusions, gives advice on solving problems of voltage regulation and provides a valuable reference to voltage regulation on mode of small load UHV networking during the spring festival.
