低品位铝土矿选矿脱硅试验研究

摘    要:以山西孝义低品位铝土矿为研究对象,筛选出“HZ”高效捕收剂强化捕收微细粒有用矿物,为成功分离低品位的铝硅矿物奠定了基础。通过磨矿和浮选试验研究,找出最佳磨矿细度为88%的条件,并通过二段磨矿工艺改善了磨矿产物的粒度组成,磨矿产物中-0.014mm粒级含量从72.03%降低到51.24%。低品位铝土矿的磨矿细度高和磨矿产物微细粒级含量高是选矿难度大的主要原因。采用一粗二精二扫工艺和提高浮选机转速强化微细粒疏水聚团的形成,改善浮选指标。对于A/S 4.43的低品位原矿,获得精矿A/S 9.76,回收率80.88%的良好工艺指标。

Abstract:Micro fine minerals is obtained through"HZ"high efficient promoter from lower grade bauxite in Xiaoyi,Shanxi,which laid a foundation for successful separation of lower grade aluminum silicon minerals,After milling and dressing by flotation,it is found that the optimum milling fineness condition is 88%.And through two-section milling,the particle size of-0.0114 in material is reduced from 72.03% to 51.24%.Through the improvement of process,for A/S #4.43 lower grade bauxite,concentrate A/S 9.76 and recovery rate of 80.88% is obtained.
