矿用页岩与聚苯颗粒制备轻质喷射混凝土的研究

摘    要:针对普通混凝土用作喷射混凝土时存在自重大、回弹率高等缺点,研究以页岩陶粒或页岩陶粒和再生聚苯颗粒为骨料的轻质喷射混凝土。研究表明,与普通喷射混凝土相比,以页岩陶粒为骨料可配制1900级的轻质喷射混凝土,自重降低了20.8%;以页岩陶粒和再生聚苯颗粒为骨料可配制1700级的轻质喷射混凝土,自重降低了29.2%。

Abstract:Owing to the disadvantages of ordinary concrete as shotcrete,e.g.big dead weight and high snapping back rate,light shotcrete taking shale ceramsite or shale ceramsite and renewable polystyrene particles as aggregate has been researched.Study shows that,compared with ordinary shotcrete,1900-class light shotcrete can be produced by taking shale ceramsite as aggregate,and the dead weight reduces 20.8%;while 1700-class light shotcrete can be prepared by taking shale ceramsite and renewable polystyrene particles...
