| Abstract: | Solid phase peptide synthesis（SPPS） has been a commonly used method in the research of peptides.High yield peptide can be obtained by SPPS method.In this paper,there key steps in SPPS,such as carrier of conventional resin,protection strategy and types of condensations agent,were re-viewed,and their applications were discussed. |
