| 摘 要： | 介绍了某厂发现并处理发电机定子线棒绝缘缺陷的步骤，对线棒缺陷的查找过程、绝缘缺陷情况进行了详细介绍，对事故原因进行了深入分析。最后给出了事故处理措施及在日常生产维护过程避免发生此类发电机绝缘事故的几点建议。
