基于Maxwell 2D的抽油杆漏磁检测仿真研究

摘    要:抽油杆的无损探伤多采用漏磁检测方法,简述了在Maxwell 2D仿真软件中建立抽油杆漏磁检测仿真模型的方法、励磁线圈尺寸的设计方法以及缺陷检测的仿真过程。在传统检测方法的基础上对磁路进行优化设计,并对优化前后抽油杆的磁化效果和缺陷检测结果进行了仿真对比。结果表明,优化后的磁路结构能够有效地缩小端部效应,并能够有效地提高缺陷检测的灵敏度。

Study of magnetic flux leakage detecting simulation of sucker rod based on Maxwell 2D
Abstract:The magnetic flux leakage detection method is always used in the nondestructive testing of sucker rod. The method of establishing magnetic flux leakage detecting simulation model of sucker, the designing method of magnetic exciting coil size and the simulation course of defect detection are discussed briefly in the simulation software Maxwell 2D. Based on the traditional detecting method, the magnetic flux is optimized in the design. And the magnetization effect of sucker rod and the defect detection result before and after the optimization are compared by simulation. The results show that the optimized magnetization structure can effectively shorten the distance of end effect, also can improve the sensitivity of defect detection.
