基于量纲分析的管道临界屈曲应变准则研究

摘    要:管道的局部屈曲通常被认为是一种失效,在基于应变的管道设计方法中,临界屈曲应变是一个重要指标。针对现有公式的不足,分析了临界屈曲应变的主要影响因素,采用量纲分析法,利用收集到的试验数据拟合建立了新的临界屈曲应变预测公式。与现有临界屈曲应变公式计算结果相比,该公式具有较高的预测精度。

Abstract:The local buckling of pipeline was regarded as a kind of failure.The critical buckling strain is an important effect factor in the strain-based design of pipeline.In regard to the lack of present formula, the factors affecting the critical buckling strain were analyzed in this article.According to the dimension analysis theory,a new critical buckling strain formula was established based on collected test data.Compared the results with that from present critical buckling strain formula,the new formulas is with better accuracy.
