超声导波检测技术在电力系统的应用

摘    要:介绍了超声导波激发的基本原理和导波的传播模式、分类以及导波在输电铁塔锚杆和角钢类型材检测、电站压力管道和小直径管子检测方面的应用。超声导波检测技术具有检验速度快、成本低等优点,能有效地提高检测效率,可广泛应用于电力系统的无损检测工作。

Abstract:This paper introduces the basic principle how ultrasonic guided wave is generated and its propagation mode.It also introduces the application of ultrasonic guided waves in angle steel type material and tower bolt inspection of electric iron tower,the application of ultrasonic guided waves in pressure pipe and small diameter tube inspection.Ultrasonic guided wave technology can improve the testing speed effectively and reduce cost,and it can also be widely used in power system non-destructive testing.
