| 摘 要： | 目的对天津地区应当如何进行公共文化服务体系的建设进行探究,从而为区域内公共服务体系的建设提供思路和方向。方法以文化创意产业与区域公共文化服务建设的有效结合为基础,对如何建立地域性特色的区域公共文化服务的方法进行研究。结论通过把文化创意产业的相关理念引入到区域公共文化服务体系的建设中,有助于探讨出如何使区域内公共文化服务体系建设工作更好展开,更加的地区化和特色化,同时也为文化创意产业的再次创新和发展提供新的契机。

| Abstract: | It aims to carry out the construction of public cultural service system in Tianjin area, so as to provide the train of thought and direction for the construction of public service system in the region. Based on the effective combination of cultural and creative industries and the construction of regional public cultural services, it studies how to establish regional characteristics of regional public cultural services. By introducing the relevant ideas of cultural and creative industries into the construction of regional public cultural service system, it is helpful to explore how to make the construction of public cultural service system in the region better, more regional and characteristic, which can provide a new opportunity for re-innovation and development of cultural and creative industries. |
