摘    要:为了对配电网规划问题进行简化,首先针对配电网规划过程中的不确定性进行分析,研究了配电网规划决策中的可接受偏差和可计算性问题。通过引入可接受偏差,将配电网规划问题转化为一个可计算性问题,建立了配电网规划决策的标准数学模型和算法公式。利用该数学模型和算法对66 kV变电站的供电半径规划进行建模计算。计算结果表明,基于可接受偏差的配电网规划模型和算法是有效和实用的。该模型和算法可以简化配电网规划的流程,为确定配电网规划原则提供参考。

Abstract:In order to simplify the problem of distribution network planning, the acceptable error and computable problems in distribution network planning are studied after analyzing the uncertainties in the process of distribution network planning. By introducing the acceptable error, the distribution network planning problem is transformed into a computable problem, and the standard mathematical model and algorithm formula of the distribution network planning decision are established. The mathematical model and algorithm are used to calculate the power supply radius of 66 kV substation. Calculation results show that the distribution network planning model and algorithm based on acceptable error are effective and practical. The model and algorithm can simplify the process of distribution network planning and provide reference for determining the principle of distribution network planning.
