| 摘 要： | 分析了我国西部地区在西部大开发中的优势与劣势，提出了几点对策，特别指出在西部大开发中要以人为本进行人才资源大开发和思想大变革，实现西部地区跨跃式发展，走人、资源与生态环境协调的可持续发展道路。 |

| Abstract: | Through analyzing advantages and disadvantages of the west areas the paper puts forth the way that should be adopted and some important projects that might be first developed according to the practical situations of the different areas of the west in the great strategy for the west, and some key problems that must be taken into consideration as well as the sustainable road that must be followed. |
