| Abstract: | This paper discusses some specific characteristics of the rotor dynamics and thecorrelation between rotor dynamics and other branches of vibration engineering.The state of-the art and tendency of the rotor dynamics are described.Theperspective of some research topics in rotor dynamics are suggested.The general situation of the researches on rotor dynamics in China is appro-ximately evaluated and compared with that in developed countries.The object of this paper is to offer the readers a general idea about abovequestions. |
