摘    要:  研究了未再结晶固溶处理对18Ni型无钴马氏体时效钢组织和拉伸性能的影响。研究结果表明,无钴马氏体时效钢经过未再结晶固溶处理后,马氏体形貌由块状转变为细小的条束状,拉伸断口上的韧窝明显变小变密;固溶态的硬度提高约3(HRC),抗拉强度提高约100 MPa;而时效态的硬度和强度提高幅度较小。

Abstract:Influence of un recrystallization solution treatment on microstructure and tensile properties of 18Ni cobalt free maraging steel was investigated. The experimental results showed that after un recrystallization solution treatment,the morphology of martensites was changed from blocky to stringer, and the dimples on the tensile fracture became much finer; the hardness and tensile strength of the steel in solution condition increased by about HRC 3 and 100 MPa, respectively, but increased less for aged steel.
