新型汽车尾气净化催化剂的研究

摘    要:利用超微粒子金属Fe、Co、Ni和NiO与Fe2O3、γ-Al2O3混合成型烧焙制成催化剂,实验过程中对模拟汽车尾气中HC、CO和NOx等物质的转化性能进行了研究。结果表明,该型催化剂各性能良好,在250 ℃时可将模拟汽车尾气中75%以上的CO转化并清除,260 ℃时能将50%以上的HC化合物(C3H8)转换成无害物质,300 ℃时可转化80%以上的NOx化合物。

Abstract:A new catalysts for purification of automobile exhaust gas was prepared by mixing of ultramicron Fe, Co, Ni particles and NiO with Fe2O3 andγ-Al2O3, followed by forming and calcination. Properties of the catalyst for conversion of HC, CO and NOx were investigated. The results showed that this catalyst had excellent catalytic properties, with CO conversion of over 75% at 250 ℃, HC(C3H8)conversion of over 50% at 260 ℃, and NOx conversion of over 80% at 300 ℃.
