电子控制设备的抗干扰设计

摘    要:电子控制设备经常受到外界的电磁干扰,影响其正常工作,甚至会无法工作或发生事故。基于以上情况,必须加强对电磁干扰的研究。介绍了干扰的定义,干扰的传播途径,并针对各种类型的干扰,提出了相应的解决方法。并对采用抑制干扰电路或器件、滤波、接地、屏蔽、合理布线作了详细的说明。通过在工程实践中对电磁干扰的实际应用,具体说明了电子设备的抗干扰设计方法。虽然电子设备的工作环境千差万别,但只要掌握了抗干扰设计的基本方法,通过反复实践,就能找到一种行之有效的方法,电子设备可以在各种复杂的电磁环境下正常工作。

Abstract:The electronic control equipment is prone to the exoteric electromagnetic interference,which can disturb the normal performance of the electronic device,even cause it to halt or trigger incident.In that case,we must make further study to counter that effect.This article introduces the definition of the interference,the route of its spread,and also puts forward several coping methods to fight all kinds of interference.It also gives detailed illustration on the wave filtering,wire grounding,metal screening,reasonable wiring,including the barrage jamming circuit or devices.The anti-interference design of the electronic equipment is fully explained via the practical application in the engineering work.As long as we understand the basic way of the anti-interference design method and with numerous experiments,we will finally find an effective weapons to ensure the safe performance of the electronic equipment under all kinds of complicated electromagnetic background despite of the various work environment the electronic equipment sits.
