| 摘 要： | 该文以白云鄂博新建一选矿厂工程为背景，提出了磨机控制系统采用模糊（Fuzzy）控制与PID控制相结合的方案。结合工程实际给出了模糊控制规则表，利用模糊控制规则在线对PID控制器参数进行修改，使球磨机运行于最佳工作状态。利用Matlab／Simulink工具箱进行仿真研究，结果表明所提出的控制方法具有较好的动态特性和鲁棒性。

| Abstract: | This article proposed the grinding machine control system by combining the fuzzy control and the PID control, with the consideration of a newly-built project of concentrating mill in Baiyunebo. The article presents the fuzzy control rule table and then on line revises the PID controller＇s parameters by making use of the fuzzy control rule. The simulation with Matlab/Simulink shows that the Fuzzy-PID control method has better dynamic performance and robustness. |
