拓宽《食品分析》教学内容的实践

摘    要:本文阐述了作者在教学实践中,从三方面进行拓宽及完善《食品分析》的教改:1)增设工业发酵分析的部分内容;2)充实完善传统《食品分析》的教学;3)以典型性、热点性、标准化为原则选择实验。通过上述教改,达到如下效果:1)扩大了学生的知识面,提高了其今后工作的适应能力;2)激发了其学习的兴趣;3)加强了学生实验技能及其系统性。

Abstract:In this paper, the ways of widening and improving food analysis teaching are introduced from our teaching practice They are: 1) partialy adding content of industrial fermentation analysis courses 2) improving original food analysis teaching 3) selecting experiment contents by their typicalness, demand in our life, standardization The teaching methods are good for widening students' knowlege fields, increasing their interest in study and experiment skill
