MIP-CGP工艺技术在巴陵石化的工业应用

摘    要:巴陵石化烯烃事业部ARGG装置于1998年6月一次开车成功,在2001年7月对ARGG装置进行了降烯烃MGD工艺技术应用,汽油中烯烃含量下降至了35%;为了使汽油中烯烃降至30%以下,达到国Ⅲ标准,在2009年6月对催化(ARGG)装置进行了MIP-CGP工艺技术改造,装置物耗、能耗进一步降低,经济效益显著,产品质量升级换代取得了突破。

Abstract:ARGG appliances of Olefins Business department of Baling Branch, China Petroleum Chemicals Corporation had its first successful start in June, 1998. The Olefins percentage in petroleum decreased to 35V% because of the application of MGD technology about lessening the Olefins percentage in petroleum of ARGG appliance in July, 2001. Aiming at reaching the International-Ⅲ Standard-the olefins percentage in petroleum less than 30V%, the MIP - CGP technology of ARGG appliances was improved in June, 2009. As a result, the consumption of materials and energy was decreased obviously. The updating of merchandise quality has made a great breakthrough, and so has the economic benefit.
