通信工程专业创新型人才培养模式的研究与实践

要实现通信工程专业创新型人才培养的目标,要以"创新意识的培养―创新知识的积累―创新实践的探索―创新项目的孵化"为主线进行创新教育探索。实施过程中以多元化创新型人才评价体系为考核方式,以新生系列讲座、专业核心课程、金工实习、生产实习、专业创新教育、课程设计、比赛模拟平台、大学生科技创新活动、创新项目孵化平台、职业生涯教育、就业指导、毕业设计等组成的个性化的创新教育课程多方位多层次逐步推进,构建通信类专业创新型精英人才培养体系。

Study and Practice on Cultivation Model of Innovative Talents of Communication Engineering

To achieve the goal of cultivating innovative talents of communication engineering specialty, it is necessary that take ＂ innovation consciousness-innovation of knowledge accumulation- innovation practice- innovation project incubating ＂ as a main line to carry on innovation education. What this means in practice is that a diversified innovation talents evaluation system should be explored in examining mode. The development of an innovative education curriculum such as the lecture series, profes- sional core courses, production practices, curriculum design, simulated games, technological activities, incubation projects, career education employment guidance, graduation project ,etc. should be promoted all-directional and multi-layered step by step, in order to build the construction of talents training systems.
