| 摘 要： | 随着我国全民健身运动的开展,对复合型体育人才的需求也日趋旺盛,如何培养适应社会发展的复合型体育人才成为了高校的重要研究课题。对此,本文首先对复合型体育人才的内涵进行了界定,接着对复合型体育人才培养的能外部动力进行了阐释,最后从"共时"和"历时"两个层面提出了复合型体育人才的培养路径,以期加快复合型体育人才的培养,适应社会发展的要求。

| Abstract: | With the launching of the nationwide fitness complex sports talents are becoming increasingly strong, how to train social development compound sports talent has become an important research topic of the colleges and universities. In this regard, the paper first compound sports tlent connotation defined, then the energy external power the compound sports talent cultivation explained composhc sports talents from the ＂common＂ and ＂lasted＂ two levels cultivation path, in order to speed up the compound sports training of personnel to adapt to the requirements of soeial development. |
