摘    要:采用当前两种先进技术——虚拟仪器技术和远程控制技术,通过网络进行电能质量的在线监测和远程监控。采用虚拟仪器技术的主要优势在于它是以软件代替硬件来实现监测装置的各种功能,避免了硬件设备低可靠性的问题,虚拟仪器的编程语言LabVIEW采用图形编程方式,装置的功能可以由用户自定义,它具有比传统的由硬件实现的仪器丰富得多的功能,是一种完全软件化的、基于计算机的仪器。结合pcAnywhere远程控制技术,实现了对现场在线监测装置的完全远程监控,通信方式既可以采用企业网的直接连接,也可以通过Internet进行拨号连接,是实现电能质量网络化管理的有效途径。

Abstract:The two novel technology, the virtual instrument and the remote monitoring and control technology, are adopted to online monitoring power quality through the internet. The advantage of the virtual instrument (VI) technology depends on software instead of hardware, so the poor reliability are avoided. The LabVIEW is a Graphic programming method. The equipment function is user defined. It has more advanced feature than the traditional one. Using the pcAnywhere remote monitoring and control technique, the on-site equipment can be controlled remotely. The Ethernet and internet are both applicable.
