季戊四醇磷酸酯三聚氰胺盐的合成及性能

摘    要:以磷酸、季戊四醇和三聚氰胺为原料,以乙醇为分散剂,经过二步反应合成了膨胀型阻燃剂季戊四醇磷酸酯三聚氰胺盐(PPMS)。在第一步反应中,n(磷酸)∶n(季戊四醇)=3.0∶1,酯化反应温度120℃,反应时间1.5 h,季戊四醇磷酸酯的产率为82.90%。在第二步反应中,n(季戊四醇)∶n(三聚氰胺)=1∶1.09,成盐反应温度80℃,反应时间6 h,PPMS的收率为75.71%。用红外、热分析等方法对PPMS的结构进行了表征。研究表明,在此工艺条件下,合成的PPMS膨胀度为134.55 cm3/g,成炭率为80%。

Abstract:Pentaerythritol phosphate was synthesized with phosphoric acid and pentaerythritol.Pentaerythritol phosphate melamine salt(PPMS) was synthesized from pentaerythritol phosphate and melamine with ethyl alcohol as dispersing agent.Theeffects of the mole ratio of the raw materials,reaction temperature and reaction time on the production rate and the intumescent degree of pentaerythritol phosphate melamine salt were studied.The optimum conditions were obtained,and pentaerythritol phosphate melamine salt obtained...
