高海拔地区卷烟厂集中风力系统高压离心风机运行工况分析

摘    要:在卷烟厂实际生产过程中,工艺风力系统的高压离心风机在高海拔地区和低海拔地区运行时会产生工况差异。为此,分析了高海拔地区大气压力、温度和空气密度的特点,以及海拔高度对高压离心风机风压、风量、功率、效率等性能的影响,并以云南和湖南为例,对两个不同海拔地区卷烟厂相同工艺风力系统进行了测量。结果表明,高海拔地区卷烟厂高压离心风机的选择与海平面地区不同,随着海拔高度的增加,风机的供风量不变,但风机风压以一定比值下降,电机输出功率也会下降。因此在设计选型时,可根据当地海拔高度、温度、空气密度等对所选风机风压进行修正,并注明风机入口状态参数,以保证设备的正常运行。

Abstract:The working status of high-pressure centrifugal fan in pneumatic system is varied at different altitudes.The characters of atmospheric pressure,temperature and air density at higher altitude and the effects of altitude on output air pressure and air volume,effective power and efficiency of high-pressure centrifugal fan were analyzed by taking cigarette factories in Yunnan and Hunan as examples,the same pneumatic systems at two different altitudes were tested.The results showed that the output air pressure of fan and output power of fan motor decreased with the ascent of altitude,while the output air volume of fan unchanged.Therefore,the rating of selected fan should be corrected according to local altitude,temperature and air density,and the entry status parameters of fan should be marked out to ensure the normal running of equipment.
