摘    要:高碳高速钢轧辊具有良好的抗高温磨损和抗热疲劳性能,在热轧钢生产中获得了广泛的应用。本文对高碳高速钢轧辊中各种元素的作用进行了详细分析,并设计了耐磨高速钢轧辊成分,应用于热轧棒材轧机上,获得了良好的使用效果。

Abstract:High carbon high speed steel rolls have excellent high-temperature abrasion resistance and thermal fatigue resistance.It has been broad used in the hot rolling steel.In this paper,the effects of various elements in high speed steel roll is detailedly analyzed and a new kind of wear-resistant high speed steel roll composition was designed.New developed high speed steel roll has been successfully used in the hot rolling bar mill.
