摘    要:在水泥管磨机前应用高效率料床粉磨设备辊压机或外循环立磨预处理工艺的前提下,根据配置不同分级机分级后的入磨物料颗粒粒径、易磨性、综合水分及熟料温度等工艺参数,后续管磨机必须选择相对科学合理的仓位比例,以实现磨内磨细与水泥颗粒的整形。磨内各仓有效长度参数能否合理选取,对管磨机段产量、质量与系统粉磨电耗影响较大,这个具有普遍性的问题,在生产过程中往往容易被忽视。由于一仓粗粉碎(磨)能力是决定管磨机系统产量的重要因素之一,而系统产量与粉磨电耗关系密切,故一仓有效长度L1的选择极其重要。在被磨材料特性、磨前预处理工艺及磨内配置与研磨体级配、水泥成品细度相对稳定的条件下,若管磨机一仓选用的有效仓长L1比例参数不合理,在系统运行过程中,一般都会出现共性问题:磨头进料端"冒灰"、"溢料"及磨内一仓"饱磨"现象,主电机运行电流明显下降,不得不采取减料或止料或调整运行参数,使系统长期处于低产量状态运行,粉磨电耗居高不下。实践中,应根据系统不同分级设备、不同工艺等因素科学确定管磨机一仓有效长度。

Abstract:Under the premise of applying the highefficiency milling equipment roller press or external circulating vertical mill pretreatment process in front of cement pipe mill, according to the process parameters such as particle size, easy-wearability, comprehensive moisture and clinker temperature after different graders, the following mill must choose a relatively scientific and reasonable position ratio to realize the shaping of grinding fine and cement particles. Whether the effective length parameters of each bin in the mill can be reasonably selected has a great impact on the output, quality and system power consumption of the tube mill section. This universal problem is often easily ignored in the production process. Since the coarse crushing(grinding) capacity of a bin is one of the important factors determining the output of the tube mill system, and the system output is closely related to the power consumption of the grinding, the selection of the effective length LI of a bin is extremely important.Under the condition of the characteristics of the milled material, the pretreatment process before grinding, the configuration of the mill and the gradation of the grinding body, and the relative stability of the cement finished product, if the LI ratio parameter of the effective warehouse selected by the pipe mill is unreasonable, there will be common problems in the operation of the system: The main motor’s running current is obviously decreased, so it is necessary to reduce or stop the material or adjust the operating parameters to make the system run in low yield for a long time, and the power consumption of grinding is high. In practice, it is necessary to scientifically determine the effective length of a tube mill according to the factors of different grading equipment and different technology.
