杏鲍菇菌糠制备氨基酸水溶肥

摘    要:为研究以杏鲍菇菌糠为材料制备氨基酸水溶肥的方法,通过添加复合酶结合微波法提取腐熟菌糠中的游离氨基酸,经旋转蒸发得到水溶肥浓缩液。结果表明,酶反应最佳条件为:添加复合酶(m(风味酶)︰m(木瓜蛋白酶)︰m(纤维素酶)=1︰1︰1),于50℃反应4 h后进行提取,游离氨基酸含量最高;均匀试验得到蒸馏浓缩最优组合为:蒸馏时间30 min、蒸馏温度120℃。此条件下游离氨基酸含量为13.64 g/L。经检测有机质符合肥料标准,杏鲍菇菌糠可用于氨基酸水溶肥生产。

Abstract:The extract method of free amino acid(FFA)from spent mushroom substrate of Pleurotus eryngii was optimized.The optimum condition of extracting free amino acid was determined through the uniform experiment based on the single factor test.The result showed that the optimum extraction condition was 0.5%complex enzyme that the ratio of flavor enzyme,papain and cellulose was 1︰1︰1,while the extraction was carried out at 50℃for 4 h,the free amino acid content was the highest.The content of free amino acid was 13.64 g/L under the optimum condition process that distillation time of 30 min,distillation temperature of 120℃.After testing,the organic matter was found to be in line with standard of fertilizer,and the spent mushroom substrate of Pleurotus eryngii could be used in the production of amino acid water-soluble fertilizer.
