摘    要:
介绍了利用大型锻造和辗环设备实现大型轮带铸改锻的成型工艺,优化设计了锻造用钢的化学成分和轮带热处理工艺。经检测,大型锻造轮带整体力学性能较好,本体拉伸性能完全满足客户技术要求,在室温和-20℃时的冲击性能远好于德国标准DIN 17205的技术要求。

Abstract:
The forming process of large-scale tyre,casting instead of forging by using large-scale forging and ring rolling equipment was introduced,and the chemical composition of forging steel and heat treatment process of the tyre was optimized.Test results showed that the overall mechanical properties of the large-scale forged tyre,included the body tensile properties,could fully meet the technical requirements of customers,and the impact performance of the tyre at room temperature and-20℃,were far better than the technical requirements of German Standard DIN 17205.
