摘    要:挤压式混凝土边墙技术是混凝土面板堆石坝上游坡面施工的新方法。在巴西埃塔面板堆石坝建设中首先使用。此技术替代了传统工艺中的垫层料回填、削坡、斜坡碾压、坡面砂浆碾压等工序,具有保证垫层料的压实质量和提高坡面防护能力以及施工简便等特点,已得到国际坝工界的广泛关注,逐渐成为混凝土面板堆石坝施工的一种首选新技术。中国对此项技术自青海公伯峡水电站工程取得试验、应用以后,又相继在湖北水布垭水电站工程、湖北芭蕉河一级水电站工程、甘肃溪流水水电站工程等项目上成功地进行了应用、推广。

Abstract:The technique of extruded concrete side wall is a new method for construction of upstream face slab of CFRD, which was first used during construction of the Ita dam in Brazil. This technique, replacing the processes of bedding material back filling, cutting, slope compaction and ramp mortar compaction in the conventional technology, has the advantages of ensuring compaction quality of bedding material, improving slope surface protection capability and simple and easy construction. This technique has received widely concerns in the international dam construction field and gradually become a new technique in priority for construction of CFRD. After test and application in the Gongboxia hydropower station, this technique is used successfully in the Shuibuya and Bajiaohe stage I hydropower projects in Hubei,and the Xiliushui hydropower project in Gansu.
