涂装车间废气的治理

摘    要:
采用环保型涂料,提高涂料的利用率,减少涂料的使用量以达到涂装车间减少废气排放的要求。涂装车间目前治理废气常用的方法有:直接燃烧法、液体吸收法、活性炭吸附法。因为对资源的重新回收利用的要求,活性炭吸附法和液体吸收法得到更多的研究和发展。液体吸收法根据涂料是水性或溶剂型分别采用水或矿物油(如硅油)作吸收剂,提高吸收效率。活性炭吸附法最有前景的是采用活性炭纤维布(ACFC)作为吸附介质,通电加热脱附回收有机溶剂。

Abstract:
Reduction of polluted air emissions from paint booth requires application of environment friendly coatings and high paint transfer efficiency techniques.The coventional types of air pollution control system is direct gas-fired incineration,liquid absorption-stripping,active carbon adorption.As required for recycle of resource,the active carbon absorption and liquid absorption-stripping are much concerned.The process of liquid absorption-stripping uses water or mineral oils(e.g.silicone oil) as absorbent based on the nature of solvent in coatings.The most encouraging development of active carbon adorption is adsorption by activated carbon fiber cloth(ACFC) and desorption and recycle of solvents by electrical Joule effect.
